Clean and attractive bouquet – mineral, pear, and citrus. Off-dry, rich fruit -pineapple, melon, citrus. Touch of ginger spice and honey. Good depth, super ripe, tempered with acidity, fresh finish. Exceptionally pure chalky terroir. Very selective picking – matured on the lees for 4 to 5 months. In our opinion, one of the best expressions of Chenin Blanc on the planet.
