Hundred Suns – Old Eight Cut Pinot Noir 2021

The 2021 Pinot Noir Old Eight Cut pours a saturated but transparent red and sports an attractive mix of a spicy and floral profile, with ripe wild raspberry, a hint of blue fruit, roses, and fresh forest herbs. Medium-bodied and juicy, with a beautiful balance of elegance and immediate appeal, it has fine tannins and a great, clean finish. Another outstanding entry to the style of Hundred Suns, it’s drinking fantastically now but will also hold up nicely over the next 5-6 years.
